MCR Plumbing service terms

All plumbing appointments are governed by the written quote and any agreed scope of works provided before the job commences.

Variations to agreed scope may affect cost and schedule. Any change is discussed and approved before additional works proceed.

MCR Plumbing performs works in line with applicable UK water, gas-safe and building regulations. Liability, warranties and dispute provisions are set out in the quote or contract documents.

Scheduling & Access

Works are scheduled against agreed milestones, access windows and dependency requirements. Delays caused by restricted access, late approvals, material constraints or third-party instruction changes may affect delivery dates.

Clients are expected to provide safe and reasonable site access, utility availability and timely decision feedback to support programme continuity.

Payments & Variations

Payment stages are defined in the contract or proposal and may include mobilisation, progress and completion milestones. Late payments can affect scheduling and resource continuity.

Variations are costed and confirmed before execution. Verbal requests are not treated as approved scope changes until documented in writing.

Completion, Defects & Warranty

On completion, a walkthrough may be conducted to confirm works are finished to standard. Warranty terms and defect response periods are described in the signed quote and applicable manufacturer provisions.

MCR Plumbing is not responsible for defects arising from misuse, unapproved third-party modifications or failure to follow maintenance guidance.
